Admission and Enrolling: Next Steps Each step in your child’s life is important. Please know that Our Lady of Grace School’s faculty and staff appreciate the step you are taking in looking at what OLG can offer your child. How do you best learn what Our Lady of Grace School is all about? Experience it! Here are a few suggestions for checking us out: Schedule a school visit. To schedule a school visit contact the school office at (412) 279-6622 or email us at olgoffice@yahoo.com. Every Thursday Morning at 9:30am tours of the school are held. No appointment necessary. Schedule a shadowing visit. This shadowing experience matches your child up with a current student who shows them around Our Lady of Grace School during the course of a day. It gives you and your child a real feel for whether our school is the place for them. To schedule a shadowing visit, call the school office at (412) 279-6611or email olgoffice@yahoo.com. Attend an Open House. Check this web page occasionally to view when future open houses are scheduled. During the open house you get to meet students, faculty, and staff at Our Lady of Grace School. Check back again for dates/times to attend the next Open House. The doors of our school are always open for your family to come visit. It’s best to let us know that you are coming. Next steps to take in enrolling at Our Lady of Grace School: Step # 1 - Complete the new incoming student registration form. Click here on the registration form below that applies to your family. The registration form should be returned to the school office. Pre-School 3-year-old Registration Pre-School 4-year-old Registration Step # 2 - A $25 registration fee needs accompany the registration form in order to secure placement for your child(ren). Birth certificate, immunization forms, and baptismal certificate (required for Catholics) must also be received with the registration form. Click below for a PDF copy of the immunization forms.
